Green Salad with Diced Salmon

I propose you again a salad, with nothing extraordinary in its preparation or its ingredients, but which delighted us. I don't often cook salmon in salads and I'll have to change that, because it's really very good, like this lentil and vegetable salad with salmon.

Ingredients:

2 salmon steaks of 140 g

salad leaves to taste

16 cherry tomatoes

dressing to taste

chive.

Preparation:

Remove the skin from the salmon steaks, and cook them dry for about 6 minutes, turning them on each side. Reserve them on absorbent paper.

Wash and dry the salad leaves, cut them and place them in 2 plates.

Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes in 2, add them to the plates.

When the salmon steaks have cooled, dice them and place them on the salad.

Pour the vinaigrette, and chop the chives on top of the plates.
