Mushroom Chicken Rice




Ingrédients

1 can (284 mL) condensed cream of mushroom

1 can (284 mL) condensed cream of celery

1 cup of water

1 cup uncooked white rice

1 can (284 mL) mushrooms, drained

a pinch of garlic powder

black pepper, to taste

1 sachet (28 g) dry onion soup mix

8 boneless chicken breast halves

Preheat the oven to 325 ° F (165 ° C).

In a large bowl, combine the two condensed creams with the water, rice, mushrooms, garlic powder and pepper. Transfer to a 13x9 inch baking dish.

Arrange the breast halves on top of the rice mixture and sprinkle with the onion soup mixture. Cover with foil.

Bake in the preheated oven until the chicken is no longer pink at all in the center, 1 to 1 ½ hours.
