Ingredients
15 ml (1 tbsp.) Butter
2 salmon fillets (125-150 g [4-5 oz each]), skin removed
1 ml (1/4 teaspoon) of salt
0.5 ml (1/8 teaspoon) ground pepper
1 finely chopped garlic clove
30 ml (2 tbsp.) Balsamic vinegar
10 ml (2 tsp.) Dijon mustard
30 ml (2 tbsp.) Sliced green onions
Preparations
1 Froth butter in a 25-cm (10-inch) non-stick skillet over medium heat. Season the salmon with salt and pepper. Add the salmon to the pan; cook, 8 to 10 minutes, turning once until the fish crumbles easily.
2 Continue cooking over low heat; add garlic, balsamic vinegar, mustard to the pan. Stir to combine; cook for about 1 minute or until sauce thickens slightly. Place the salmon on a serving platter and pour the sauce on top. Garnish with green onions.
