This is to say that simple chicken thighs can still surprise me when prepared in a really different way. This easy recipe is really delicious, although this mixture of flavors will surprise you (or your taste buds) because it is decidedly good. And since this whole meal is cooked on a hotplate, it prepares quickly on top of that and is hassle-free. A winning recipe (in my opinion).
Ingredients
2 Chicken thighs
4 small zucchini
1/2 bowl of green beans
1 Large handful of chard leaves
Green onion
Garlic, fresh or not
Salt
Pepper
1 case of fresh cream.
Preparation
Here at the market, it's time for fresh beans and green garlic.
Wash zucchini and chard leaves. Cut the zucchini into cubes, the chard into thin slices, as well as the onion
Remove the skin from the chicken, cut the thighs in half, peel the garlic, put olive oil in the pan.
Sauté the onion a little, add the pieces of thighs, salt, and pepper. While it comes back, add the sliced or crushed garlic, chard, and green beans. Stir well, add 1/2 glass of water, cover.
Leave to cool for 15 minutes. Add the zucchini and a splash of water if necessary. Cook for another 5 to 10 minutes, just long enough for the zucchini to be cooked but not soft. Taste a bean, it must be just cooked, and tender.
