Everyone loves a good Hershey Kiss as the perfect little topped-off treat for their hot cocoa or espresso, but you don't need to stop at just one. These cookies are easy to make and will be the perfect addition to your holiday baking!
Ingredients
1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar, plus more for rolling cookies in
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 large egg
1 3/4 cups flour
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
30 Hershey's Kisses, unwrapped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats so they don't stick.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, vanilla extract, sugar, and salt for one minute until blended well. Whisk in flour until just combined but still lumpy-looking (about 30 seconds). Add chocolate, toffee bits, and nuts and mix until evenly distributed.
