Spaghetti with Chicken and Pesto

This is a really easy and satisfying dinner dish that takes advantage of some of the simplest and most flavorful ingredients: spaghetti (or other pasta), chicken, and pesto. It's not our invention, but it has become a staple in our household. It's so easy to make and it tastes really great too!


Spaghetti with Chicken and Pesto


Ingredients

500 g of spaghetti

400 g Chicken breasts

1 jar of green pesto

30 cl of heavy cream

1 tablespoon of olive oil

Salt pepper


Preparations

Boil salted water. When the water is boiling, immerse the spaghetti. Cook for ten minutes, stirring occasionally.

Cut the chicken breasts into small cubes and brown them over medium heat in a pan with a little olive oil. Season with salt and pepper then add the pesto and crème fraîche. Cook the preparation for about ten minutes.

Drain the spaghetti and mix them with the second preparation in a dish. To be enjoyed cold or hot!
