Enjoy this Spaghetti with homemade pesto. Not to be confused with pesto, which does not contain cheese and pine nuts. Taste, color, textures, and flavors that explode in the mouth, simple happiness!
Ingredients
50 g basil
2 cloves garlic
100 g pine nuts
20 cl of oil
50 g of Parmesan
salt pepper
400 g of spaghetti
50 g of pecorino
Preparations
STEP 1
Cook the pasta al dente.
STEP 2
In a mortar, pound the basil with the garlic and pine nuts until you obtain a smooth cream.
STEP 3
Put the preparation in a bowl, then add the oil little by little while whisking.
STEP 4
Add the grated cheese, season, and mix.
STEP 5
Drain the pasta, mix with the pesto and serve.
