How To Make  Spaghetti Cake Recipe


Ingredients

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder


Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare 3 9 inch cake pans by greasing and flouring the pans or using a silicone-based nonstick spray. Combine the water, oil, and eggs in a large mixing bowl with a hand mixer. Add the vanilla and mix until well combined. In another bowl, combine the flour and baking powder. Pour half of this into the egg mixture until combined. The mixture will be very thick at this point. Add the remaining flour and mix until just combined.

Weigh the cups of batter into each cake pan. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the top springs back when gently touched. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pans.

This recipe yields about 18 servings of a light and fluffy spaghetti cake that is a one-half inch deep in diameter. The recipe will yield one 9 inch cake, making several smaller cakes if desired.
