 Lobster macaroni and cheese is a decadent dish that is sure to make any family dinner feel special. The ingredients are simple, but the taste of this culinary creation will make your guests swoon. Lobster Mac  and Cheese


Ingredients

1/4 cup unsalted butter - cut into small pieces 

1 tbsp kosher salt 

2 cups elbow macaroni 

3 tbsp flour 

2 cups whole milk 

2 cups shredded white cheddar cheese 

1/2 lb. cooked lobster meat - chopped into bite-sized pieces Sauteed green onions - for garnish Freshly ground black pepper


Directions

In a stockpot bring water, butter, and salt to a boil. Add the elbow macaroni and cook until al dente.

Purée the cooked pasta in a blender, adding milk slowly. Return to the stockpot and stir in lobster, cheese, and black pepper. Heat over medium heat until thickened - about 15 minutes.

Serve with garnished green onions and freshly cracked pepper on top! Enjoy!
