A quick dinner recipe is coming at you! This Spicy Tuna on Crispy Rice Recipe is simple. All you will need for this tasty dish are some rice, soy sauce, mayonnaise, chili powder, garlic salt, black pepper, tuna fish (canned), eggs (beaten), cilantro for garnish.
Ingredients
1 ½ tablespoon soy sauce
1 ½ tablespoon mayonnaise
2 TBSP chili powder
3 teaspoon garlic salt
½ teaspoon black pepper (optional)
Preparations
Mix all ingredients together (soy sauce, mayonnaise, chili powder, garlic salt, and black pepper), set aside.
Put the cooked rice into a bowl. Add 3 TBSP of soy sauce, mayonnaise mixture, and mix until combined.
Pour the rice into a large pot on medium heat for about 5-10 minutes or until all the liquid is evaporated from the rice.
Add 2 TBSP of olive oil to the wok and cook fried egg strips for about 2-3 minutes or until the egg turn crispy and golden brown. Remove fried egg strips from the pan and place them on a plate.
