Today I offer you one of my favorite dishes to cook is cheesy potato wedges. It has great taste, it's easy to make, and best of all, it's cheap! I'm going to show you how to make these potato wedges in just three easy steps:
Ingredients
4 medium-sized russet potatoes
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon paprika
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cut potatoes into wedge shapes, then place them in a baking dish or baking sheet.
2. Combine both the cheeses and spices in a bowl and mix thoroughly, then sprinkle mixture evenly over potatoes.
3. Bake in the oven for 18 minutes or until edges are beginning to brown and cheese has melted. Serve immediately and enjoy.
