Honey Butter Fried Chicken Recipe!

Ingredients:

2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs

2 cups all-purpose flour

2 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

2 tsp paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

2 eggs, beaten

1 cup buttermilk

Vegetable oil, for frying

1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature

1/4 cup honey

1 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper



Instructions:

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper (if using).
