How To Make Orzo Salad

Orzo salad is a Mediterranean-style dish made with cooked orzo pasta, diced vegetables such as cucumber, tomatoes, and red onion, and fresh herbs like parsley and mint. It is typically dressed with lemon juice and olive oil dressing and seasoned with salt and pepper. It's a refreshing, light dish that's perfect for summertime picnics or as a side dish for grilled meats or fish. It can be served cold or at room temperature and is often enjoyed as leftovers. The ingredients and flavors can be adjusted to personal preference, adding feta cheese or olives for example. Orzo salad is easy to make, perfect for a quick lunch or dinner, and can also be enjoyed as a vegetarian main dish.
