Grated Potatoes and Carrots Fritters


Ingredients:

1 cup grated potatoes

1 cup grated carrots

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

1 egg, lightly beaten

2 tablespoons chopped green onions

Salt and pepper, to taste

Oil, for frying


Instructions:

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated potatoes, grated carrots, flour, egg, salt, and pepper. 

Mix well. 

2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. 

3. Using a spoon or your hands, form the mixture into small, round patties. 

4. Carefully place the patties in the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. 

5. Remove the fritters from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. 

6. Serve the fritters hot and enjoy! 

Note: You can also add finely chopped onions, garlic, and herbs of your choice to the mixture for added flavor.
