I propose to you, today of salmon with miso, a recipe for salmon or other fish that is fast, easy and delicious, perfect for summer, the terrace, a small light meal during the week or weekend. It's really very simple! All you have to do is adjust the cooking to your taste and you're done.
INGREDIENTS
60 ml (1/4 cup) maple syrup
30 ml (2 tablespoons) of miso
30 ml (2 tablespoons) olive oil
2 green onions, finely chopped
15 ml (1 tablespoon) sambal oelek
5 ml (1 teaspoon) curry powder
2.5 ml (1/2 teaspoon) Szechuan pepper, crushed
PREPARATION
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients.
For cooking the fish
Spread 4 steaks or fillets of your choice of about 170 g (6 oz) each on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush generously with miso and maple syrup lacquer. Bake in the middle of the broiler oven (broil) for 5 to 10 minutes, depending on the type of fish used, or until cooked. Serve with rice vermicelli and a green vegetable of your choice.
