Thin Cake To Lemon


INGREDIENTS

100g of flour

2 lemons

2 eggs

15 cl of semi-skimmed milk

40 g of cornstarch

50 g of fructose powder

1 tbsp of rapeseed oil

1 sachet of baking powder

PREPARATION

Heat your oven to 160 °.

In a bowl, mix the flour with baking powder and cornstarch.

In two bowls separate the egg whites and yolks.

Add the fructose to the bowl of egg yolks and beat well.

Add the milk and oil on top and mix well.

Add this preparation to the bowl and mix well.

Whip your egg whites with an electric mixer.

Add the zest of the lemons on top and mix.

Add this preparation always in the salad bowl and mix.

Pour your dough into a cake tin and place it in the oven for 30 minutes.

When serving, place a few slices of lemons on the cake.
