Ah, the fish! We don't know many people who love it! And yet this food is essential for your health. Indeed, being an important source of Omega 3, fish is an essential food for human beings. It is perhaps because of its strong smell that many people do not like to eat it. We must get rid of this idea! Here is a very succulent recipe for tilapia!

4 to 6 oz of tilapia fillets
2 tbsp (30 mL) butter (light), melted
2 tablespoons of lemon juice

Season each fillet with lemon zest and pepper.
Bake for 15 minutes until the fish is opaque and flakes easily.
For the sauce ...
While the fish is cooking, combine the cream cheese, lemon juice, and dill in a bowl in the microwave for about a minute. Shake at 30 seconds.
