 Tilapia is a white fish that is widely consumed all over the world, at home we often cook it, my family likes it very much, especially when it comes to the almost boneless tilapia fillets that I usually cook in the oven. It's a healthy and quick recipe, enjoy preparing it at home.

2 tilapia fillets

½ tsp. pepper seed

½ tsp. paprika

½ tsp. dehydrated thyme crumbled

½ tsp. salt

a pinch of cayenne pepper

1 tbsp mustard

1 tbsp coriander seed

2 lemon wedges


Preheat the oven to 230 C (450 F).

Place the fish fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush them with mustard on all surfaces.

Sprinkle the tilapia fillets with spices (paprika, thyme, cayenne pepper).

Crush the coriander seeds and black pepper and sprinkle the white fish fillets on all surfaces. Season with salt and a few drops of lemon juice.

Bake the fish fillets in the oven for about 12 min or until the fish is cooked through

Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
