2 slices of sourdough bread
1 C. tablespoon of butter
1 C. grated parmesan
1 slice of cheese product (Kraft ™ Single style)
1 slice of cheddar
Preparation

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Butter one side of each slice of bread; sprinkle Parmesan over butter.
Place one of the slices, buttered side down, in the pan. Top with cheese product and cheddar, and cover with the other slice of bread, buttered side up. Brown on each side.
