Ingredients

¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 teaspoons of paprika

1 tablespoon of chopped parsley

pinch of salt

1 tablespoon of olive oil

4 tilapia fillets

lemon, cut into wedges

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with foil.

In a bowl, combine the Parmesan, paprika, parsley, and salt.

Coat your tilapia fillets well with olive oil.

Coat your fillets in the cheese mixture.

Place on the prepared baking sheet.

Cook for 12 minutes.

Serve with lemon slices.
