Preparation: 25min ›Cooking: 15min› Ready in: 40min
Preheat the oven to 350 ° F (175 ° C). Butter a cookie sheet so that the underside of the papillotes browns during cooking.
Prepare 4 sheets of double-layered parchment paper and top with the tilapia fillets. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with tomato, garlic, basil, and capers. Drizzle with lemon juice and white wine. Place 1 tsp. tablespoons of butter on each fillet. Seal the papillotes. Butter the underside of the papillotes and place them on the baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven until the fish flakes easily with a fork, about 15-20 minutes.
