Yellow lemon
1 lemon
Thyme
1 sprig of thyme
Laurel
1 bay leaf

10 cl of olive oil

After having crushed the bay leaf and crumbled the thyme, mix them with the olive oil and half the lemon, peeled and cut into thin slices.

Marinate the seasoned pieces of salmon in this flavored oil, and leave them in the fridge for about 30 minutes.

Then remove the excess marinade, and grill the fish gently on the barbecue or grill. Then reserve the fish in aluminum foil for a few minutes.

Just before serving, season the fish again and pour a few drops of lemon juice over it (half of it is left, right?).
