Ingredients:
1 16 oz. can of cream style corn
2 cups of milk
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp pepper
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese (plus more for topping)
8-10 large tortillas or flour tortillas
Method:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a medium mixing bowl, mix together cream-style corn with milk, salt, and pepper. Stir in cheese and mix until evenly distributed. Pour into a large baking dish and spread evenly.
