1 16oz can corn kernels, drained, liquid reserved (about 2 cups)

1/2 cup mayonnaise (or 1 cup sour cream) - about 1 1/4 cups total.

1 squeeze of lime juice - about 1 tsp.

2 tablespoons cotija cheese crumbles, grated - about 2 tbsp.

1 teaspoon onion flakes - about 1/2 teaspoon


Directions

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving, or overnight for best results.
