You fell in love with slow cooker ribs a few years back and now you can't seem to live without them. They are so easy to make and the flavor is unbeatable. These Slow Cooker Baby Back Ribs also have a secret ingredient that gives these ribs a delicious smoky flavor for days!
Ingredients
2 pounds of baby back pork ribs, excess fat removed
1 teaspoon of white pepper
½ teaspoon of garlic powder
½ teaspoon of onion powder
¼ teaspoon of celery salt
¼ teaspoon of paprika
Preparation
Place the ribs (all 16 pieces) in the slow cooker. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Put all the spices in a bowl. Roll each piece in the spice mixture until each side is coated. Place seasoned meat side down on a glass baking dish with high sides (you may need multiple dishes). Cover with foil and bake for 3 to 3 ½ hours or until tender. Baste with sauce often throughout baking time. Put the ingredients together in a bowl. Pour over meaty tops during the last 30 minutes of baking time. Serve on a bun or in a lettuce wrap, with extra barbecue sauce for dipping!
