Ingredients
3 large chicken breasts cooked and shredded
2 10 oz cans cream of chicken soup
1 medium onion diced
2 cups sour cream
1 4 oz can dice green chiles
1 cup milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
12 small white corn tortillas cut into 1" squares
1 lb cheddar or Colby jack cheese shredded
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
In a large bowl mix together the cream of chicken soup, onion, sour cream, green chiles, milk, salt, and pepper.
Spray a 9"x13 casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray and spread half of your tortillas to line the bottom of the pan.
Top with half of your shredded chicken.
Top with half of your cheese.
Pour half of your sour cream mixture over that.
Layer again with tortillas, then chicken, then remaining sour cream mixture then finally spread remains cheese over top.
Cover with tin-foil and bake for 1 hour.
