The recipe itself is just three simple ingredients, but the result is one of the tastiest snacks you've ever had.
What you'll need:
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips or chopped chocolate bars (or a mixture of both)
- 12 oz. bag mini pretzels
- butter for greasing the pan
Instructions:
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil and grease it with butter. 2. Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. You want to melt it, but not melt it to a liquid. 3. Set aside and allow it to cool slightly 4. Place the mini pretzels on the baking sheet, one by one and press them into the melted chocolate with your finger or a knife so the pretzels are covered in chocolate. Set aside on parchment paper or aluminum foil until chocolate is completely set.
5. Place six of the pretzels between two pieces of wax paper or plastic wrap, put them into a ziplock bag and freeze for 30 minutes to 10 hours until completely frozen solid
6. Unwrap and enjoy as is, or dip in melted chocolate chips/bars and freeze again until solid.
